Mr. Remtulla did a great job prescribing a treatment for a minor ailment. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The pharmacy is clean, well laid out, and bright.
Came in looking for medication for cat allergies since the other pharmacy I went to prescribed some medicine that only worked for a bit. Kumail greeted me with the biggest smile and was very welcoming. Was able to get a consultation and he was very thorough with the process, we went through several options checking which one would actually fit best to remedy my symptoms. Can’t believe how quickly we went through the whole process! It’s been two weeks since, and I’ve been able to cuddle with the cat with no hesitations and have not had any problems ever since!
The pharmacy team goes above and beyond. I really enjoy the interaction and help I have received at EWHP.I was able to get a consult for my allergies and their recommendation meant I could properly breathe again! I've had an excellent experience with Everest Pharmacy, the staff are professional and personable and they put they effort in to make sure everyone feels welcomed.The process to switch over was very smooth, and the pharmacist Kumali went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. Today, we went to pharmacy to buy band-aids, and a friendly Indian gentleman gave it to us for free. My sister-in-law flew 25 hours from China to Canada and developed a urinary tract infection (UTI). I asked if we could buy medication for it, and the gentleman asked us to fill out an online form and arranged for his student - A Asian gentleman to assist us.Due to translation errors on the webpage, we clarified with the Asia gentleman that my sister-in-law was not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and had no blood in her urine. When we asked what UTI meant, the Asia gentleman surprisingly explained in standard Mandarin: 尿路感染 (urinary tract infection). This is a complex medical term, unlikely to be known by someone who doesn't speak Chinese. However, throughout the process, we had to use translation software to communicate. In the end, the Asia gentleman used the excuse of potential kidney function issues to avoid prescribing medication and advised us to visit a walk-in clinic.We felt the process was a waste of time and effort, and the Asian gentleman made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. Although the Indian gentleman was kind, we likely won't visit this pharmacy again.
If anyone asks for a good pharmacy recommendation, I will definitely tell them about Everest Pharmacy. The pharmacists were incredibly kind and reassured me when I was feeling anxious. They asked about my symptoms in detail and carefully prescribed the appropriate medication and ointment. I was touched when they followed up with a phone call to check on me. The prescribed medication and ointment were effective! I am very grateful for everything.

Probably the most responsive, customer centric and knowledgeable pharmacy I've worked with. All the criticism toward the adjacent clinic (excellent care despite the slow response time) is completely offset by Everest. I have a Shoppers 5 minutes away but would rather travel 30 min here for better care & customer service.

Kumail Remtulla has a whole booklet for me for my trip to Kilimanjaro in Sept - clearly explained everything I would need for medications and vaccines, and truly was such a professional. Other clients came in during my time there and he had such a rapport with them, made me feel confident about his knowledge and care. Will recommend and be back!

This is an AMAZING pharmacy and I'm so glad I discovered it a few months ago. This is a small independent pharmacy where each customer is treated as an individual and with great respect. It's such a different experience compared to going into a drugstore that's part of a large chain. This place definitely has a local neighbourhood vibe to it. The staff are super friendly and personable. I saw them greeting customers by name. I found Everest Whole Health Pharmacy online and easily booked an appointment for myself and my older parents for a travel appointment. I am so glad we came this clinic! Not only was it affordable but the pharmacist was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything in detail. The best travel clinic in Toronto! Can pay directly through insurance, prices are reasonable, and the pharmacist is nice! I came here to get the yellow fever vaccine. Before I came here, I asked other travel clinics for a price of nearly $400, but the all-inclusive price here is only $210, and I can pay through insurance on the spot. Finally paid $30 (the cost of the vaccine booklet). highly recommended!

The clinic is neat and clean. Dr Kumail is a great doctor. Our consultation was smooth. I hate needles and had to take 3 shots, but he made it easy for me.

I visited the travel vaccination clinic and had a very positive experience. I made multiple visits for the required vaccine shots, and each time was pleasant. The best part was that most of the cost was directly billed to my insurance. I highly recommend this clinic. Appointment needed for the travel clinic, other wise a regular pharmacy as well.

I needed to get advice on what shots were required for a trip and they did an assessment. Fair pricing and excellent service. I highly recommend and would go back again.
