Dr. Kumail was super helpful and patiently answered all my questions. All of his recommendations seemed very reasonable and I received timely care. For UofT students, the clinic will work with the school insurance to help cover as much of the medications/vaccinations as possible.

They booked us in for times that worked in our schedules, they were nice and extremely professional, answering all our questions, and even packed refrigerated medicine with specialized ice packs for us. Appointment booking process was straightforward and the in-person service was great. They were knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and were friendly. If you’re someone who’s concerned about the cost of the vaccines or meds you might need - then I can share that the doctor seemed pretty particular about recommending things you’d benefit from and not just everything possible. I’d asked about one or two potential health risks I’d thought about, he looked into them, and explained those weren’t enough of a risk in my travel areas to recommend them. He also was clear about the couple of things he recommended that could be considered nice to haves. I chose to get everything but I appreciated being able to make an informed choice. I also wasn’t able to get a hold of my vaccination records prior to the appointment and called ahead for some advice. For my travel area, they let me know it was okay to come to the appointment without it so if you’re in that boat as well I’d advise inquiring first rather than assuming you can’t come in as I originally had.

From the moment I got there for my appt the team was so kind and were able to answer my questions and concerns. What really impressed me was that as they were unable to provide me with a certain medication at the time of my appt they had it delivered to my home.

Wow, what a nice experience! I’ve seen so many bad reviews for travel clinics and finally found this place while I was on Google Maps. From walk in to walk out, I was impressed with the service from all the staff here. I was greeted with a smile by Kumail and they sorted out my insurance as well while I was doing the consultation. I received advice on my trip to Vietnam from Jason and was provided my vaccines and medication on the same visit which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place for your pharmacy and travel needs.

Wow! What an incredible clinic run by Dr Kumail. They were so welcoming, thoughtful and thorough. Because of them I feel confident about maintaining my health during my travels. They did a thorough review of my vaccine records and health history, went through each city I was traveling to, and provided me with all the medications and vaccines I would need based on my travel plans. Oh and also there were some laughs along the way. 11/10 would recommend to anyone traveling overseas. I certainly won’t book any big trip without first visiting Dr Kumail in the future.

An overall great experience! Went to the travel clinic to get some vaccinations for an upcoming trip, and everything went very smoothly. The pharmacist went over the different recommended vaccinations in detail, and left it up to our discretion to decide what we did and didn’t need. The consultation fee is a great price compared to other clinics offering the same service, and they take private insurance, so very little needed to be spent. Would highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking to get all of their required vaccinations/medications for a trip!
