This pharmacy saved my trip! I had planned a trip and realized last minute (a day and a half before I was set to fly out) that I needed a yellow fever vaccine. The pharmacist saw me within an hour. Came in looking for medication for cat allergies since the other pharmacy I went to prescribed some medicine that only worked for a bit. Kumail greeted me with the biggest smile and was very welcoming. Today, we went to pharmacy to buy band-aids, and a friendly Indian gentleman gave it to us for free. My sister-in-law flew 25 hours from China to Canada and developed a urinary tract infection (UTI). I asked if we could buy medication for it, and the gentleman asked us to fill out an online form and arranged for his student - A Asian gentleman to assist us.Due to translation errors on the webpage, we clarified with the Asia gentleman that my sister-in-law was not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and had no blood in her urine. When we asked what UTI meant, the Asia gentleman surprisingly explained in standard Mandarin: 尿路感染 (urinary tract infection). This is a complex medical term, unlikely to be known by someone who doesn't speak Chinese. However, throughout the process, we had to use translation software to communicate. In the end, the Asia gentleman used the excuse of potential kidney function issues to avoid prescribing medication and advised us to visit a walk-in clinic.We felt the process was a waste of time and effort, and the Asian gentleman made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. Although the Indian gentleman was kind, we likely won't visit this pharmacy again.
If anyone asks for a good pharmacy recommendation, I will definitely tell them about Everest Pharmacy. The pharmacists were incredibly kind and reassured me when I was feeling anxious. They asked about my symptoms in detail and carefully prescribed the appropriate medication and ointment. I was touched when they followed up with a phone call to check on me. The prescribed medication and ointment were effective! I am very grateful for everything.

Probably the most responsive, customer centric and knowledgeable pharmacy I've worked with. All the criticism toward the adjacent clinic (excellent care despite the slow response time) is completely offset by Everest. I have a Shoppers 5 minutes away but would rather travel 30 min here for better care & customer service.

Kumail Remtulla has a whole booklet for me for my trip to Kilimanjaro in Sept - clearly explained everything I would need for medications and vaccines, and truly was such a professional. Other clients came in during my time there and he had such a rapport with them, made me feel confident about his knowledge and care. Will recommend and be back!

Great experience. I came for a vaccine consultation and got all the required information and vaccines were administered the same day as my consultation.
Easily 5 stars. The system for doing travel consults is great, pretty easy. The form lets you share relevant info readily, although it doesn't quite accommodate a lifetime of vaccines (not really an issue..just had to realize it part way...maybe some kinda revamp there is needed). Pharmacist doing consult was so nice, thorough, and patient.My young daughter was naturally afraid of needles and he gave me time to take care of her needs before doing the shots.Easily a better experience than most doctor's offices in general! If I lived closer this would easily be my go to pharmacy!

An overall great experience! Went to the travel clinic to get some vaccinations for an upcoming trip, and everything went very smoothly. The pharmacist went over the different recommended vaccinations in detail, and left it up to our discretion to decide what we did and didn’t need. The consultation fee is a great price compared to other clinics offering the same service, and they take private insurance, so very little needed to be spent. Would highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking to get all of their required vaccinations/medications for a trip!
I came to Everest Travel clinic for my travel vaccines to Tanzania. Kumail helped me get set up with all the right vaccines for going to Tanzania and was super friendly and considerate. The clinic is clean and prices are fair (even without insurance). Would highly recommend!

Great experience at this travel clinic! Located inside of a pharmacy. The pharmacist Kumail was professional and kind, and the clinic was very organized and clean when I walked in. Bonus was they offered direct billing and was able to confirm if my vaccines were covered, which a lot of travel clinics don't offer. Would definitely recommend!

I recently visited the travel clinic to prepare for my upcoming trip. I was provided with all necessary information about the vaccines and received the vaccines recommended for the countries I’m going to visit.
I cannot recommend the Everest Travel Clinic highly enough! The staff is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It was surprisingly a pleasure to come and have my vaccines today! I would come back again any time I needed vaccines or any other pharmacy needs. Also convenient location just south of Yorkville, near the university!
